As an illustration, the son of my father’s friend had an after school job. Before he took a job, he was distracted and did not pay any attention in class. However, after that he took a job, he become more serious because the job learns him how to become assiduous and conscientious, and he transfer how he learns to class and become a hardworking student.
We could see as well students who sign up as tutors for helping other students in different matter. Others sign up for a post in a library or the registration. By doing so they help the school to assist other students in need. A friend of mine always goes to the learning center after class for help in his math class. Therein, he receives assistance through a student who volunteers as a tutor. The student helps him with his homework, and with time he become good in mathematic. Learning this ability will enhance their sense of responsibility not only presently, but in the future. They will learn how to deal with entertainment and school, expectation of family and school, plus their job and their family.
Still, if they did not succeed to cope with school and life, they will end up fail their class. Having a job is not an easy contract to have, teenagers will not handle school and a job due to unpreparedness. They will begin to either not do homework or lose track of work that they should do in their jobs.
This true, but on the other hand, knowing how to alternate two responsibilities or more is a requirement in this world. If they do not learn that skill being young, they will sooner or later have to have this skill. Likewise, they will prosper efficiently if they have this skill while they are young. We do not become a specialist or expert in one day, but with time, teenagers will sharpen this skill and it will be an asset for their studies, jobs and
