Europe changed as a result of the Renaissance and Reformation. The Renaissance, also called the rebirth of Europe, occurred between 1300 and 1600. Between the Renaissance time period, the Reformation happened. It took place between 1517 and 1648. Due to the Renaissance and Reformation taking place, the religious, political, and social conditions changed in Europe. During the Reformation, the Roman Catholic Church practices were questioned and religious views changed.
