There’s a difference between a person saying they’re committed to their religion and a person dying to show their commitment to that religion. Benjamin E. Zeller is the author and historian who wrote a book about a religious movement called Heaven’s Gate. The 39 members of this religious was so committed to their beliefs and practices, they decided to commit suicide.
