For both of my sport or activity such as workouts both derive me to help strengthen my muscles. While working out, my muscle tend to be stronger every day. I also tend to make friends more easily with other teams. Like I know how to be a sportsmanship with one another. I also know how to be quick at thing. Learning how to be quick and multitasking is a must. While doing workout such as the gym, you must know how to handle the equipments properly. And when you to relax your body so that you are not going to injured yourself
