The views of the world vary not only in individuals but also in organizations, societies, cultures, and governments. For example the worldview of the military will differ from that of the peace corps in that the military worldview is peace through strength of arms, while the peace corps is peace through service to humanity. This is not to say that they might not share certain aspects of their worldviews for the military also has many humanitarian functions not only their militaristic obligations. Even related organizations can have differing worldviews despite their many similarities, such as the Navy and the Coast Guard. While these two branches of the military share a variety of functions and values, their worldviews differ in their approach to situations and states of affair.
