Society believe and accept the fact that there are inequalities may it be within family, social ranks and even in the politics. Most of the Asian countries exhibits high power distance, for instance, Malaysia that scored 100 according to Professor Geert Hofstede study. On the other hand, Austria marked 11 based on the same study, this means that power distance is low and it tends to equalize or balance everything when it comes to it.

First, it is evident that the communication is in declarative style which is considered as masculine in contrast to feminine way which is soft and humble. Second, masculine culture is very competitive, they want to excel and be an achiever in all goals they’ve set. Though working for money is important for them awards or achievements matter. Feminine on the other hand balances quality of life and it is very important to them to always help others. Caring and nurturing are some of the nature of a female employer, money matters to them but the overall welfare of the employees out weigh it. Lastly, there are limitations for female bosses.
