In conclusion it could be asked is there a difference between male and female serial killers. When it comes down to the question is there a difference between a male and female serial killer most people would say that there is not a difference. When it comes to murder whether it be a male or female both sexes are capable of it whether it be on a massive scale or whether just be singular individuals being killed either gender is capable of doing it.
