Hercule and Hastings Are both detectives. They get a letter from P.T. Renauld talking about them coming out to Chile to solve a murder. When they get to Chile they find P.T. Renauld dead on a golf course. They interview Francoise Arichet who has been working at the golf course for 11 years. Francoise says if it was anyone if would be Madame Daubrevil. Leanie Oulard told them that Madame Daubrevil could have been at the course two nights before the murder occurred. Mrs. Renauld was a witness, said that two guys came and her husband was looking for something. Jack Renauld is the son of P.T. Reanauld. Granald, another detective, who was brought in later, sent Jack to jail just because Jack and his father had a fight a while ago, where
