Human resource developers need to know more about enhancing learning and how it could work for their organization. In the corporate world, questions often arise as to whether formal or informal training is the best avenue. One standard presentation can be assembled then used repeatedly by each region or branch. Thus, making training relatively inexpensive. Companies can benefit from this type of training because it presents a perfect opportunity to refresh employees’ knowledge and teach new practices at all levels.
The training sessions can take place on a large or small scale and nearly anywhere. Companies can choose how many employees need to be involved and plan accordingly.
