I agree to some extent that you can gain knowledge through passive observation and active experimentation, but the process for either passive observation or active experiment have many flaws during the process which makes it harder to gain knowledge. Some flaws have to do with the way a person gains or processes knowledge. Some people may say that passive observation and active experiment are great ways to gain knowledge, but it 's not true because both ways of knowledge have many flaws that make it hard to tell when the knowledge you are gaining is actually correct.
