Dieting is when a person restrict themself by eating small amounts of food or special kinds of foods to lose weight. Dieting is also associated with the chance of food preoccupation, binge eating, and eating in the absence of hunger. When you go in a diet your body goes to survival mode metabolism starts to slow down and food cravings escalate. And with each diet, the body learns and adapt which results in rebound weight gain. Dieting can also change the mood and feelings of the person time by time because they aren 't eating the same food as they used too. Theres 2 choices to lose body weight and fat is between start dieting or by exercising.

Loosing weight while dieting is dangerous. The reason that is dangerous is because loosing weight rapidly can lead to weakness, blood sugar changes, heart palpitations, and nausea. Eating disorders is a big problem, including nausea nervosa, bulimia (binge eating and purging). In the United States alone, 20 million women and 10 million men in ages 14 and up have suffered eating disorders one time during their lifetime to loose some weight.
The body also has a big part with dieting. The body needs it daily nutrients and vitamins for it to function. Thats why is good to have a healthy diet because it gives your body the nutrients it needs to perform daily, maintain wellness, and fight against diseases for the body won 't be sick. Is never good to eat to much because the health of the body will change from healthy to obesity, an exercise after eating will decrease the chances of the body not getting fat. By the way you eat healthy and how many calories you gain a day is a cause of gaining weight. Reason why people go in diets is because they want to be more healthy and not face any diseases that are harmful and could cause death. Womens and men both have different ways to diet some exercise while some would start eating healthy to change the way they look. Dietary supplements is a good way to start on the goal of loosing weight and will also help fight diseases because it contains vitamins, minerals, and herbs for the body.
