Do you think diet soda is healthy? Cause if so, you wouldn’t be the only one. Many people still do. The ongoing myth about how diet soda being healthy is doing nothing but harming your body. When people think of the word diet, automatically the word “healthy” comes to mind. These drinks are calorie free and technically should help people lose weight and prevent health problems.
