Nutrition is the science that studies food and how food nourishes our body and inﬂuences our health. In life, many people do a lot of daily events and activities that help them enjoy being who they are. People may enjoy hanging out with friends, going to the mall, going to an amusement park or simply ﬁnding relaxation in nature. However one vital part of everyones life is of eating and ﬁnding the right way to do so. Eating is a very enjoyable and delectable for everyone but should be done so, like everything in life, in a smart and intelligent way. While for lunch I had white ﬁsh ﬁllet and sweet potato and for dinner I had spinach salad with olive oil and apple cider vinegar. On Tuesdays I had Egg White omelet with mixed vegetables and green tea, for lunch I had a salmon ﬁllet with brown rice and a avocado. For dinner I had a Garden Salad with tomatoes and a cucumber and a steak with broccoli. On
Wednesdays I had Oatmeals, almonds and a grapefruit. For lunch and a sweet potato with Broccoli with a protein bar. For dinner I had a spinach salad with Grilled Turkey breast. On Thursdays I had a Protein shake with mixed berries and natural peanut butter for breakfast. For lunch I had a grilled chicken and brown rice while for dinner I had a white ﬁsh ﬁllet with broccoli and cauliﬂower mix. On Fridays I had a egg white omelet with mixed vegetables with whole wheat pita while during breakfast for lunch I had a Bison steak and brown rice and broccoli and for dinner I had a spinach salad with salmon ﬁllet. On Saturdays I had a oatmeal with mixed berries with an apple during breakfast while for lunch I had a grilled chicken with sweet potato with broccoli and cauliﬂower mix. While for dinner I had a Garden salad with bison steak with broccoli. Lastly on Sunday I had bran cereal with mixed berries during lunch I had a grilled chicken with a baked potato during dinner I had a spinach salad with a grilled turkey breast with a grilled eggplant and zucchini.
