The Diet Analysis project was a way of finding out just how many calories, vitamins and minerals our bodies consume on a daily basis. The results I got were far from what I was actually expecting. When I recorded my three day analysis, my protein intake was too high, and my fruit and veggie intake was too low. And, In order for a person to be healthier, one must consume an adequate amount of fruit and veggies. I designed a few goals for myself with the intent of following through with them. First, I want to increase my fruits and vegetable consumption, since those nutrients seemed to be the most important ones I lacked.
