When observing Genesis 2:22-25 I notice Adam and Eves have a oneness in the midst of their relationship. However, after the fall it is evident they are disconnected from Gods original proposal for a husband and wife. One outcome due to the fall is, Eve’s failure to submit to Adam. In addition Adam will attempt to control his wife. However, prior to the fall they were both unashamed of nakedness. In comparison to that statement, after the fall they sewed fig leaves together due to shameful actions.
7. In Genies: 14-15 God curses the serpent in result of tempting Eve to eat from the Tree of Life. God removed the serpent’s legs as a punishment. This act by God forced the serpent’s offspring’s to slither on their bellies for the remaining of earth’s existence. In addition the serpent’s offspring’s will have hostility with the offspring’s of Eve. Hostility will result in the serpent’s undergoing defeat throughout conflict with humans, for his head will be bruised.
