I have been with Dick’s Sporting Goods for over 10 years. In that time period, I have worked in two Regions, three Districts, and have held numerous positions. Due to my previous management experience and tenure with the company, I have conducted Day 1 Orientations over the last four years. One of my favorite discussions to have with every new hire is that of Career Development. The importance of promoting within helps us continue our mission to relentlessly improve everything we do. What I love most about Dick’s Sporting Goods is that this company has allowed me to follow my passions, both personally and professionally.
