Dick Hanson is a lower-level managerial employee who supervised a small work group of eight people. He has been employed to the company for fifteen (15) years. His personal file shows he is a satisfactory employee with no prior disciplinary actions or issues. According to a month long investigation Dick Hanson was spending an average of an hour per day developing a personal video game. He was also charging these hours to the two government contracts he was supposed to be working on. Dick Hanson’s behavior was unethical and shameful. Priory was given to his personal video game and not the work the company was paying for.
