Diary Of A Snoopy Cat

I just finished reading Diary of a Snoopy Cat it was an interesting book all in all I give it a 3 out of 4. I gave it a 3 because there are parts of the book that can be slightly confusing and had part mentioned that could have been left out, they weren't really needed. I feel the introduction in the beginning of the book could have been setup better than it was.

The characters are very intriguing from their names to their different personalities. Inca, her family, and friends each have their own quirks that helped them stand out through the story. I enjoyed the pictures in the book though they could have been illustrated a little better in my opinion. There were several twists in the book that had you think of what might happen next I really

    A Summary Of Borreguita

Most significant cultural similarity with the main character: The main character, Borreguita is a clever and tricky little lamb I felt it was her responsibility to show others that although she may be viewed as small and weak she could overcome great obstacles no matter how challenging they may be. In the Mexican culture I find this to be true because growing up it is instilled to work hard and not to give up even if life is full of challenges. Most significant cultural difference with the main character: Most Mexican families have a good support system that is centered around the family. Borreguita on the other hand is alone and must stand up to the coyote on her own. On another note long agoMexican woman were not seen equally to men and were housewives that cooked and took care of the children and men were the breadwinners that supported the home by working.…

Dew Breaker Journal I’m partway into this book and so far, I have found it pretty entertaining .Though ,admittedly, very strange , I find the writing style to be very interesting and keeps me engaged in the story while I try to figure out and the different connections with the characters. An example of this being, how in the second chapter of the book, which speaks of the man who is preparing to bring his wife to live with him,is the father from the first chapter with Ka. Another aspet thta I found interesting is the first chapter and how it introduces yo to Ka and gives you this really indepth view of her life thoughts and relationship with her father. How she struggling to be this artist and selling her first work,I felt like it…

I enjoyed the setting of a civilization quite different to the one I lived in, because the author wrote descriptively to make a new world come to light before my eyes. The novel gave me a thought to think about in terms of life and self-determination to work hard, which I took note of because I will soon be entering adult life and have to work to create a career and life of my own. It gave me lessons to learn on dealing with what life throws at you. It seemed to take while for the novel to reach the rising action and climax, but once the novel reached that point, I really enjoyed reading it. When the tribe began to fight back against the missionaries for the sake of their traditions and heritage, the book became more interesting, as the time leading up to that point was filled with the miserable life of being exiled.…

The novel Shatter Me written by Tahereh Mafi is foremost one of the best books that I have ever read in my existence. This amazing novel was really unpredictable as everything happened like a rollercoaster ride. However, it did have some drops throughout the book that I did not find amusing. The three main things that I personally adored about this novel was the idea, characters, and writing style. I really liked the idea of this novel as it was really eventful.…

I found the approach of using a graphic history much more engaging with an audience than the transcript that was presented in Part II of the book. Although I believe the style Getz used could have taken away from the authenticity of the transcript, because it felt as if I was being drug away from the main point of the story. He included the transcript and the historical context, which helped fill many of the blank understandings of the relationships of the Asante societies. I it found interesting that the judge, William Melton did not understand the cultural aspects of the case he was ruling. This is important because James Brew, who represented Eddoo, used tactics in order to confuse both Abina as well as…
