The story follows the adventures of a UK housecat named Inca. Readers are introduced to her house mates and others thoroughly with wonderfully written summaries about the main components of Inca's world. There were supportive details describing the characters and I was drawn in to their saga as soon as I was introduced. I really enjoyed the writing style of the author using diary plus a very descriptive entry of the happenings. The storyline was easy to follow, there were "fun" words sprinkled in the text to expand young readers vocabularies as well. The only complaint I could muster is a very personal one - the usage of multiple exclamation points and questions marks. One after a word will suffice, in my opinion, but multiple give the writing a somewhat unprofessional look about things. As a parent, I do strive to have my children read books that have proper use of grammer and punctuation. The font is a type style that is
