Dianne Bergeron Research Paper

Dianne Bergeron is a kind and enduring woman. She is someone who anyone can go to for help. As a young child, Dianne did not have an easy life. Things were not handed to her and she had to work for everything she accomplished. She has been a registered nurse for thirty years and shockingly never intended on being a nurse. She started college at Nicholls majoring in business, but she knew that was not good enough. So she decided it was time for a change. In order for her to supply for her three children, she needed to bring in more income simply because she knew she would make more money being a nurse. It was over a number of years until she actually enjoyed and became a nurse. It took her three years to get an associate’s degree and was licensed in nursing. She said patience is something you learn with the job and something you need to have if she wanted to become a moral nurse. It is likely that if a nurse does not have an abundant amount of patience, then he or she will not be successful. She embeds all of her love within her patients so they know she cares for them. Because Dianne has so many positive characteristics, it makes her an excellent nurse. Throughout her thirty years of working in the nursing profession, she came across several assets and flaws. For example, when she was asked a question on her weaknesses and strengths in her nursing career, she answered by explaining how she has so many experiences in the countless diverse parts of nursing she is able to take care of those particular patients. She then says how one of her weaknesses would be time-management. She described how she had problems whenever she went from working in a hospital scenery to a home nursing setting. She was used to the feel of the nursing in a hospital and then had to regroup whenever she went into home
