On 14 August 2016 at 2022 hours your affiant was dispatched to the are of West Centre and Gilbert Streets for a vehicle accident with roll over. Your affiant along with officer Bowman arrived to find one vehicle on its roof in middle of the road way. Officers made contact with the driver who was still seatbelted in the drives seat of the vehicle. The female identified herself as Diane Paskey. Paskey said she did not feel injured, but just wanted to get out of the vehicle. Once Paskey was removed from the vehicle you affiant asked her where she was coming from and what happened. Paskey advised that she was coming from Who's Place bar. Paskey had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her while speaking your affiant. Paskey was transported
