Diagnostic Polysomnography protocol was explained to the patient upon arrival. The patient was oriented to sleep study procedure as he had one previously. He is currently here following a substantial weight loss of 100+ pounds after bariatric weight loss surgery.

Lights off at 2324, Supine quiet 97%

0030 Supine quiet 89%
0126 Supine loud snores 94%
0208 Right quiet 93%
0300 Right quiet 93%
0437 Left quiet 96%

Lights on at 0527

During the study no significant leg movements were observed. The patients ECG alternated from Sinus Rhythm to Bigeminy frequently throughout the night. The average heart rate was 65 BPM with observed ectopy. The patient slept alternating from a supine position to a right decubitus position. The patient had desaturations
