Diabetes is where the body cannot regulate the amount of sugar in the blood. Diabetics after being diagnosed have to make many lifestyle changes, a lack of a healthy diet and exercise increases the problems a diabetes patient will encounter, therefore taking these necessary precautions as soon as possible after diagnosed decreases health risks and could save a patient’s life, and this will involve how they live, eating habits, and exercise.
There are different causes that lead to diabetes. If a person inherits a predilection of the disease, then something in the environment surrounding that one person can cause a trigger. One of the triggers for getting type 1 diabetes is the cold weather. An early diet can be another factor of being diagnosed with type 1. With type 2, diabetes it is mostly connected with a family history, but like type 1, type 2 also is an environmental factor of why a person contracts it. The lifestyles of a person helps depend on habits and exercise habits tend to be the same, so being in a family who is obese and struggles with their weight there is a higher chance of being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
People dealing with pre-diabetes can have a higher risk for developing type 2 diabetes, stroke, and along with heart diseases. People can prevent type 2 by losing weight one might be dealing with in their body and by increasing the amount of physical activity throughout the day.
