Education is the key to success and without it children may fall short of success. With an education children will learn about the importance of healthy foods and physical activity. Many impoverished individuals do not have access to a quality education and do not get a chance to really learn about the consequences of eating an unhealthy diet and living an unhealthy lifestyle. With the help of an education at a young age children may learn about the importance of fruits and vegetables in their lives and could potentially halt the increase of diabetes in the United States. Schools should be providing children with a health class as well as a gym class at a young age to get them interested in eating healthy and participating in a sport. By starting these classes at a young age it may stick with the child into their adult years and then they may promote their children to do the same as they
