This doesn’t allow the pancreas to release insulin. Our body uses the food we eat and turns it into sugars. This is when the pancreas supposed to release insulin. Insulin triggers your cells to open, and allow sugars to enter and permits us to use the sugars for energy. If not properly handle the high level of sugar can lead to complications. It could also result in a coma or death. Type two Diabetes often happens after the age of thirty-five. Unlike, type one Diabetes, type two diabetes, can create its own insulin but it’s often not enough. In this case the insulin will try to open up the cells to allow sugar to enter, but the cells won’t open. This is known as insulin resistance.
