Annotated Bibliography on Improving Diabetes care management Using Mobile App In conducting search for the annotated bibliography on improving diabetes care management using mobile app, the following databases were examined: Cochrane Library, PubMed, Medline, CINAHL, from 2005 to 2015. Reference lists from several studies were also viewed to reinforce what was found during the formal search and were conducted for the following keyword search: evidence based, diabetes, innovation technology, mobile phone intervention, self-care management, nutrition, and glycemic control (A1c). Inclusion criteria to the search were primary language English; behaviors associated with diabetes; lifestyle modification intervention, and mobile technology app.
