Personal aggression; it is refers to the personal behavior of an employee by using verbal aggression, and sexual harassment. Sometimes, employees are the reflection of manager; for example, if a manager uses bad words when talking, then the employees will use them too because they will think it is normal. Managers have to show a strong moral personality, so employees as well show respect to each other, it is also important than managers constantly remember to the employees the moral values of the company.
I personally have not experienced myself any of the misbehavior actions mentioned before; however, I seen them around me. For example, I got to see when employees use the company equipment for personal use, or employees’ job time to do personal activities; like pay bills online, use the company phone for personal calls, etc. I have also been in an environment of people gossiping about others, however, I prefer not to listen, so I don’t get involve into those problems.
