Pt is a 12 y/o Caucasian female presented at NNBHC accompanied with her father due to her school psychologist wanted her to get an evaluation for increase aggressive behaviors in the school setting. Pt states that she was in the ISS room today with a teacher who made a rude comment towards her. She states she immediately became irritated and stated “Go to Hell” and threw a chair in her direction. Pt states that she has been having a difficulty controlling her anger lately. She states yesterday she became very depressed and used a razor across her left forearm where there are numerous superficial cuts. The pt states “I did it to let my depression out”.
