Developmental Crisis Case Study

This client is going through multiple situational/developmental crises; at the age of five she was sexually assaulted by her biological mother’s boyfriend, there was also a sexual encounter with her biological father at the age of nine, there after client was removed from her home at the age of nine, by CAS/FACS causing developmental crisis. Client was placed in foster care that was in Peel Region; where the abuse continued, clients foster mother’s brother became inappropriately involved with the client, at the age of thirteen. The foster mother reported it and CAS became involved and the client was removed from the home at the age of fifteen. Client feels she is to blame and that the foster mother will not speak to her anymore. Client moved
