when I was about eighteen years old one most my biggest goals was to attend college that would proved me with opportunity of finding the dream job that everyone wanted such as discovering my passions and strengths.Having to attend college, and searching for the things you love to do, and surrounding your self with students that are well motived to succeed in school.Theses people are doing whatever it take to complete their goals.Therefore, I could remember the first year of college asking a lot of question to myself would there be support from the teacher, just having to teach lecture and having an exam next week.That’s how many students would define college just having to work hard to receive good …show more content…
That begin said having to work more than 20 hours a week brought a lot of stress in college not having to adjust to your job and class.I was feeling very anxious about having to stay all night doing homework or studying for my exams.This was effective my sleep cycle such as not getting enough sleep.Meanwhile,’’On average, college students should be getting about 9 hours of sleep every night (Forquer, 2008). However, many college students may only get half of that.’’.Over the long run for many college study who are studying at 4am to do homework or studying for exams theses students will spend of there time sleeping during the weekend mostly because having to sleep late during school days.According to, Dr. James B. Maas, if you’re not sleeping after learning new information, you might as well spare yourself the trouble of learning in the first place.”.However, I can related to theses kind of problems such as thinking you know the information pretty well, but the day of the test you might forget what you have study.
