Psychologist study the behavior of individuals from two stances brain function and the impact the environment has on the behavior. The American Psychological Association (APA) illustrates the various types of psychologist and their roles. Development psychologist studies the human behavior through ones lifespan. Health psychologist studies the effects on health and illness from a biological, psychological, and social standpoint.
