The article called ‘Development Disability’ by Toni Murphy from the book named ‘Days In The Lives Of Social Work’ introduce agency worker that teach about social work practice in helping clients or patients with disabilities. It explains about an agency worker that took the position as the Director of Social Service for a nonprofit agency that provides services for children and adult with disabilities. A good example from the article is helping clients that speak Spanish that moved to the States from Mexico and having translator to interpret. Then the agency begins gathering information on the clients about the child’s and family’s need especially if they have disabilities. Later the agency would contact the client again to provide information
