Developing My Writing Skills

Finally, the time has come for the last paper, the position paper. I could decisively choose my constructive bias using valid research from credited researchers, which I thoroughly enjoyed, considering I had a rough start with not showing bias opinions on the two recent papers. However, I have developed my writing skills through the teachings of Mrs. Knutson as well as my fellow classmates. My skills have immensely improved and some of my goals have been met as I have grown in the short period of time we have had class. I have learned a variety of skills that I will apply to my further studies as a college student. Though, I still have skills I can greatly improve upon. Goals have helped me do a lot of things. They keep me focused, they help me strive to be better, and they have challenged me to do better. Some of the goals that I had set for myself were to increase my skills in writing. Such as, improving my writing structure to be able to provide the information within my research and show the organization. This strategy helps the readers understand that my paper presents a main idea, details, and different views of a topic. I have learned to identify and analyze journals and articles which help me navigate through the various structures presented within the text. As a follow up, I have set new goals to further my learning ability. It’s easy to put off the hard stuff where there are not going to be any consequences to actions, so give I have given myself consequences. If I did not accomplish whatever goal I had set for that day. I didn’t want to procrastinate like I normally do. I believe that my last paper was more efficient than the first paper I had written at the being of the
