The best solutions for obesity is to educate our children about health and nutrition. Education should be the first line of defense against obesity. Obesity thrives off individuals making bad food choices. A lot of people assume that to lose weight your main focus should be exercise. 80% of weight loss is contributed to a good diet and 20% exercise. Healthy eating is the key to losing excess weight without the threat of regaining the weight back.
