Structure of education refers to the composition of the different levels of education. In general, it includes literacy education structure, basic education, higher education and informal education, etc. According to the reality of developing countries, the structure should be into the pagoda type, namely the upper small, big base, literacy and basic education as the foundation of the national education [5].
