Ms. Espinoza stated that the claimant has never reported any work-related injuries or illness of a stressful nature. She is unaware if the claimant has any financial difficulties or if he has had any recent bankruptcies.

Also, Ms. Espinoza is unaware if the claimant was going through a separation or divorce with his current wife or if he has any difficult marital matters that could be associated with his losing weight, loss of sleep, or skin irritations.
