The benefits of One.Finance project are very convincing, however the upcoming international rollouts are complex and more challenging. It is very important to understand that the processes of One.Finance (OFI) are not much different from old processes in Germany. Therefore, rollout in Germany was pretty much smoother but for international rollout Deutsche Telekom will face some challenges as given in the following table.

It is challenging to decide the project language especially for project documentation, reporting, training, system testing and the system itself. Whereas, supporting the system in multiple languages is time consuming and costly. Management has to find optimal level for using fewer languages to reduce the project cost and involving more languages to enable end-users for operating the system in their native language.
Although, project language for training, reporting and documentation is English but German people from central team are not native speaker of English language and neither people from other NatCos. Therefore, people sometimes misunderstand and perceive a topic differently, while they think that they have completely understood the topic.
