In California they must have a yearly admissions test to prove that their vehicles are not producing too much fossil fuel. If a person fails their admissions test, they must get ride of their car due to them producing excessive amounts of carbon dioxide. If these policies are not put into effect, then the long-term effects will be catastrophic.
