Determination, courage, and quick thinking can help you survive almost any situation. Ralston’s arm is trapped under a rick, lee needs to escape her country, and Kevin needs to defend against the robbers. These three people used the survival skills to make it out of these difficult situation. One way you can survive is through courage. An example of this is lee escaping her country. In the article lee shows courage by escaping, but not only that she went back to the country she had just left so that she could free her family. This was very risky but she was courageous and succeeded. Although her family was imprisoned many times, they still got to feel freedom. Lee is now seen as a hero by her family and friends thanks to her courageous acts
