Desus Economic Analysis

The city and Island of Desus was founded on December 14, 2015 by Dayton Hicks and Jesus Cortes in the country of the United States. Desus is an island that is laid out on flat lands and with no real main formations. In summer Desus is mainly mild with some rain, and has cool, breezy, and rainy winters.
The island of Desus has two small police stations, and one large police station. Two crimes have been committed and one person has been arrested. Our effect is five stars for all the small police stations and four-and a half stars for the large police station. All the zones of fire hazard in Desus are average in the color of yellow. The low wealth, medium wealth, and high wealth commercial service taxes are 8.0%. The medium and high commercial office taxes are also 8.0%. In the agriculture, dirty industry, manufacturing industry, and high tech industry taxes are 9.0%. Desus’s expenditures are $3,560 and their income is 2,365, so Desus is losing $1,195. Desus has 3 beaches and are located north of the city, and each beach costs $5 each month. The beaches do attract people to the city of Desus. Desus also has a basketball court that is active, another court Desus has a tennis court and that is also active. Desus also has a skate park and not too far, is a softball field. The basketball court isn’t too far east from the center of the city. The softball field is in the center of the city, the skate park is also active.
Desus has two main problems, one of the two problems in Desus is, houses are too far from the road. The second problem is that Desus has air pollution, and they can fix their problems by first getting more roads and secondly trying to remove those homes for parks, gardens, etc. The solutions for the second problem are, not having that much dirt industry business. Another solution is to get a dump to put all the garbage instead of the garbage piling on the
