Juliet clearly states that an ominous love has sprung for her greatest enemy which acts as a premonition for further conflicts. With their families hating each other, they should have known that their love would never work out but instead they secretly got married which lead to ultimate destruction. In the end, a major annihilation does take place resulting in the horrific death of the two lovers and concludes as a dreadful disaster for everyone:
“See what a scourge is laid upon your hate,
That heaven finds means to kill your joys with love!” (5.3.292-293)
The Prince of Verona completely blames the tragedy of the young lovers and the destruction caused in Verona on the Capulet and the Montagues. Due to both families not ending their feud, gradually results in them paying a price; the love of Romeo and Juliet to eventually end in destructive love and a tragedy.

The time frame of the play itself explains a lot about the impetuousness of young love as it takes Romeo and Juliet only 3 days to meet, fall in love, get married, get separated and die.
