I experienced the highest number of ethical issues during my past year as a desk assistant at the University of Arizona. The manager of my desk did not feel obligated to do his job and instead relied on others to complete tasks that he was responsible for. For instance, one of his duties as a manager was to keep track of our hours and report them to payroll. Instead of doing this, he would have a fellow co-worker access our private information and complete the task for him. In addition, he would not report any issues to his boss, therefore leaving his employees unprepared in uncomfortable situations. After a few months, my coworkers and I felt that the negligence was extreme enough to notify his boss. His boss reprimanded him for the situation,
