Lady Macbeth becomes the one who is unstable and unsure right to the point where she goes insane because she cannot handle what she has done. Macbeth becomes evil and dangerous, confidently deciding to kill whoever might distract him from his goal: supreme power and riches. “The raven himself is hoarse that croaks the fatal entrance of Duncan under my battlements. Come, you spirit That tend on mortal thoughts, unsex me here, And fill me from the crown to the toe topful Of direst cruelty!(Shakespeare 1:5:38-43)” To summarize, Lady Macbeth isn't sure there's enough manhood from her husband, so she begs for someone to "unsex me here." Macbeth was too hesitant and submissive in the situation and she believed that she didn’t even have a man for a husband. This is her way of asking to be stripped of
