The authors of Designing Your Life make this an easy read by ordering their chapters chronologically to help the readers follow their steps throughout the book as the readers start to design or are designing their lives. I believe the First Years will find this book relatable on many levels through its countless examples explaining scenarios in which we all mostly have been through or are going to go through in the future. Along with the examples, this book shows many dysfunctional beliefs that are believed by many and by adding these beliefs throughout the book takes the book to another relatable level as the readers can connect their own dysfunctional beliefs with the ones seen in the book. While the readers read through the examples and dysfunctional beliefs they are also following along with the steps in each chapter, making this book easy to follow along as well. This book helps design a reader's life by not only reading through the steps, but also adding activities and/or a list at the end of each chapter of what they can try to help find or improve when working on designing their life. With this book containing many great qualities and helpful activities, I believe the First Years will find this book overall to be very helpful when they think about their lives and want to design how they want their life to
