The Aluminium has its own tendency of corrosion resistance; when Aluminium is exposed to environment, It gets react with oxygen and form 〖Al〗_2 O_3 (Protective oxide coating) on its surface which helps to prevent from the corrosion like galvanic corrosion on Alloys. It has a density, which is an equal to one-third of the steel i.e high strength to weight ratio. It is the 2nd most material in terms of more malleability among all the metals and has high ductility because it has FCC structure and the dislocation glide is more in FCC crystal structure. The beneficial of Aluminium is that the conductivity is around twice that of copper. It is non-toxic and does not release any odours or stain yields with which it is linked. When Aluminium is recycled then there is no mortification of any properties of it and will get in new form if 5% of paid energy applied on …show more content…

WROUGHT ALUMINIUM ALLOYS:
The Aluminium alloys which are firstly cast as ingot and than after hot or cold work is done on it to get desire shape and size. The mechanical work like forming, rolling, extrusion, forging to make complex shapes, sheets, rolling, and improve the properties of the alloys.
