This works by drawing the person viewing the ad into the center of the ad making them want to read more of the ad. For the audience this help center the audiences eyes on the ad and draw in their attention. Another of the Echo ad’s techniques is putting large text at the top of the page. This draw the reader’s attention to the top of the page and it also shows them the slogan for the ad just ask. From the point of view of a person reading the ad this works to inform them about the slogan of the ad. But it also makes them think what can a person ask this device, can a person ask it to play music, get directions etc. So it opens them up to thinking about the ad and getting more involved in the ad so they are more likely to stay and read more of the ad.
