Eating healthy and knowing what is good and bad that’s going into your body can really improve the way that you feel health wise. I would highlight the importance of protein in your diet. It is important to understand that more is not always better but the types of protein you are consuming are important to note, “We need less total protein that you might think. But we could all benefit from getting more protein from better food sources” (Osterweil). Not to mention depending on the age and gender of the client it would vary the recommended protein. The important component to understand is that we all have vastly different bodies with different reactions to nutrients. Since the client is a recent college graduate in their twenties I would recommend trying different healthy diets out in their life and seeing what they feel works best with their own body. It’s important to understand that you can live a very healthy life in terms of exercise but be aware of what you’re putting into your
