Ulock Prints is a business to business (B2B) marketing and printing company that provides printing materials, banners, business cards, T-shirts, and media with high quality video production at budget prices. A Marketing Strategy is a tool that drives a business to excel through the use of various methods to help accomplish a company 's desired goals. I will be talking about our Target marketing and people who we are targeting and discussing our Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity, and Threats (S.W.O.T). We also added out Marketing mix and how we are going to be going about our four P’s (product, price, place, and promotion).

The Situational Environment/Environmental Factors

1. Social and Cultural Factors. Struggling self-owned business owners sometimes cannot afford to purchase expensive business cards flyers etc. Being new to Fresno community also has us being lack of communication to be able to get our company name out.

2. Demographic Forces. We went from Printfeens to Ulock prints in 2016. From new entrepreneurs to business owners. Both female and male friendly, we style it for every personality. High school graduates to PH.D’s we have ideas for everyone. We offer low cost prices on our products and services. Not many people are receptive with our company since it’s not known in this community. We are looking to push our name out through social media.

3. Economic and business conditions. Due to the high speed rail coming into the Fresno community, a lot of businesses are closing down. Which makes word of mouth or even passing out flyers or business cards infective way to market our company.

4. State of technology. Social Media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter are current technologies which people use to promote their businesses. 3D printing is a new of printing that would help benefit us by bringing in another target market. Another way 3D printing can be used is to help with a physical display or we can do product development to customer

We will be having quarter promotions throughout the year. Jaime Rangel the designer and sales marketer will be coming up with the designs for each promotion while I, Lucinda Zaragoza Perez, advertise them to the world. The cost to print the products vary depending on what the consumer wants. Including size and printing equipment. Printing would cost anywhere from $65 or more. This projected outcome will keep our current clients and will attract more with our advertisement and through word of mouth.

1. Target Marketing. Our target market is Independent non franchise business that have a need to alternative marketing practices through joint co-operation programs. Our target will be established companies or startup companies that need promotion items to further growth in their specific markets.
