Twin Trade Tower collapse left 6m deep pit which Arad use it designed as two falling water pools contains area 4000m^2 respectively.[4] Surrounding artificial waterfall technological was supplied by water circulation system which water pump keep pumping water up to the water storage tank to make waterfall running properly. It will gather falling water into centre of the pool ultimately which its sound allow the noise from city get closed over effectively. And waterfall can also filtering the hard light from exterior. Curator Daniels thinks that these two huge waterfall pools will become most attractive symbolized view as Twin Trade tower were standing here before. The slope next to the pool can guide visitors all the way come down to the memorial, the further they go, the louder of waterfall they can hear. When visitors come to the end, they will just standing behind a thin layer of falling water within facing a huge pool. Meanwhile, almost 3000 victims’ names were sculptured on the surrounding outline of pool. With full of trees and sound of waterfall, people will enjoy this peaceful moment. Furthermore, when people gather around here it will look as though people come to the day after 9.11.
Reflecting Absence was doubted and opposed by lots of people at the beginning as it was primarily designed sculpture victims’ name on the underground exhibition hall. Hence, this design was later changed to put victim’s name on
