Entering the park, we automatically smelled the world famous Frenchy’s corndogs we love so much. Walking as fast as we could, we got in line and awaited the taste of the delicious corndog we all got every year. Looking to my right, I could see one of the trademarks of the fair – Big Tex. With crowds of people around us, and Big Tex towering over everyone, I began to think about what the fair meant to me and everyone else. Although the fair was huge and full of games, rides, and many other activities, the most important memory to me was spending time with my family. As we walked through the fair, I observed many different families, couples, and children and wondered what the fair meant to them as well. Walking through the shops and stores, it was amazing to see the different cultures all combined in one area. Many people came to this one spot to sell their handmade items and crafts in order to spread their culture. Then, walking through the games and rides I felt excitement. Little children tugging on the ends of their parent’s shirts asking if they could play their favorite game and ride their favorite ride, and my sisters were no different. As we approached our favorite ride, our father automatically tore off 40 coupons, knowing we were going to ask to ride. Finally, as we slowly maneuvered through the crowd to get into the petting zoo line, I started to look at this place
